Play 15 Current IGF Nominees and Honorable Mentions at OnLive’s Kiosk During GDC 2012

As gold sponsor of the 14th Annual Independent Games Festival (IGF), OnLive is bringing the excitement of the festival to the masses with a two-week OnLive indie showcase, hosted in partnership with the IGF. Until Sunday March 11, players everywhere in the US and UK can play an outstanding lineup of 15 current IGF nominees and honorable mentions free through the OnLive Game Service. Players can then “Like” their favorites on OnLive’s Facebook page. After clicking on “Like” via the OnLive Facebook page, gamers can enter to win an OnLive PrizePack. The OnLive indie showcase started with 16 games, but OnLive removed Botanicula on behalf of the developer Amanita Design.

Hundreds of Likes are already populating OnLive’s Facebook page, with Toren (developed by Swordtales), Atom Zombie Smasher (Blendo Games), Dear Esther (The Chinese Room) and Nitronic Rush (DigiPen Institute of Technology) leading the way so far.

OnLive has also put many of the past IGF greats that are on OnLive on sale for up to 75% off until Sunday, March 11.

If you can make it to GDC 2012, you can demo all these games at OnLive’s kiosk in the IGF Pavilion, booth 838 in Moscone Center North from today through Friday, March 9. If you can't, you’re still lucky: you can play all 15 games free instantly on OnLive.
