Last week, Matt Jensen announced in his weekly videocast that Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 was available for pre-order. The game will cost $39.99 ($27.99 PlayPack) for the US and £29.99 (£20.99 PlayPack) for the UK. If you pre-order Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 until the game launches, you receive a promo code for a free OnLive Game System (valued at $99.99 US and £69.99 UK), shipping, handling and tax not included.

Yesterday Jensen announced that the pre-order deal will end on this coming Monday at 4PM PT. Also at this time, the game will become live on the service (4PM PT / 7PM ET / 12AM Tuesday in the UK). Upon the game’s launch, OnLive will be holding a contest that will give gamers a chance to win some great prizes. While, the prizes have not yet been announced, they will be giving away tickets to a “larger more awesome sporting event,” according to Jensen (UK only). There will be contests held for both US and UK gamers.

PES 2012 will be the first football (soccer) game to be released on the service. It had been rumored to be coming for quite some time, but there was never any solid confirmation. On this coming Monday, there will surely be a lot of football fans excited to sign onto the OnLive service to play.
