Apparently there is some interesting news coming from OnLive tomorrow, according to the host of The Gadget Show, Jason Bradbury. In a tweet, he informed his following, “Something interesting from OnLive is surfacing tomorrow. Stay tuned peeps.”
The public does know that OnLive held a meeting for many members of the media in the UK earlier this week. At that meeting something was announced. However, those announcements have been embargoed until Thursday.
Game Informer News Editor Jim Reilly has also tweeted the question “Would you want to play L.A. Noire on iPad?”. A pretty strong hint that the OnLive version of L.A. Noire will be playable on tablets, possibly with the OnLive Universal Wireless Controller.
I've also heard ramblings of the OnLive Player App running on the Apple iPad 2, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Amazon Kindle Fire.
There are also rumors of a touch enabled OnLive version of Defense Grid Gold, also confirmed by this tweet from the publisher of the game, Hidden Path Entertainment.
There is also a rumor of a feature that enables you to pause your OnLive game, switch clients and continue where you left off. This feature was promised since OnLive launched and it looks like we are getting it tomorrow.
And finally, there is the rumor that LEGO Batman will be touch enabled and even better, it will be absolutely free as a promo for the OnLive Player App for tablets and the OnLive touch controls.
