After an incredible month of PlayPass releases from OnLive in November, many OnLive fans have been wondering if the momentum will continue into the month of December.
November was definitely OnLive’s best month by and far, as they have practically released new games like L.A. Noire, Saints Row: The Third, Batman: Arkham City and Assassin's Creed: Revelations every single week. November brought OnLive users plenty of joy, but the question remains, “Will OnLive bring more holiday joy to their users, by continuing to sustain their PlayPass release momentum from the previous month?”
In the latest edition of the OnLiveFans Cast podcast, OnLive community manager, Matt Jensen, and OnLive customer service manager Nate Barsetti joined the cast to discuss recent OnLive happenings.
When talking about whether OnLive could sustain their momentum into December, Nate Barsetti said, “The answer is yes.”
Matt Jensen then intervened by saying, “You thought November was fun, December is going to be awesome.”
OnLiveFans Cast host, Chris Powell then went on to inquire, “This is in regards to PlayPasses then?”
“This is in general…. December is going to be awesome,” responded Matt.
There have been a lot of things that OnLive users have been waiting for, including many games, the OnLive Player App for tablets, the OnLive web browser, and more.
Later in the show, the topic was brought up again by Nate, who said, “There are awesome, awesome things coming down the pipe; just stay tuned. On multiple fronts, there’s really cool news coming, so look forward to that.”
December surely seems like it will be a month in which we continue to see more PlayPass games released. It could also be a month where we see other features released to the service, although none of this was mentioned specifically by Nate or Matt.
One last thing that Nate said before discussion moved onto another topic was, “I can’t wait to see all the speculation.”
