AT&T is Offering 3 Months of OnLive PlayPack For U-verse Subscribers

We saw it done in the United Kingdom, through British Telecommunications. When OnLive launched in the UK in September, BT gave all their members 3 months of the OnLive PlayPack free of charge.

Well, AT&T is now providing a similar offer in the United States. AT&T has been sending out 2-page ads in the mail, offering 3 months of OnLive’s PlayPack for free when you sign up to AT&T U-verse. People who sign up to AT&T’s U300 TV service plus their Internet Elite service, will get a free 3 month subscription to the OnLive PlayPack.

If you signed up to AT&T’s U300 TV service, along with the Internet Elite service and their Voice 250 (phone) service, you will receive a $300 promotional card on top of the 3 month OnLive subscription.

This offer is valid until January 7, 2012, at 11:59PM EST. The U300 TV + Internet Elite package will cost $74 a month for 6 months. After that you will have to pay the normal price of $127/month if you wish to continue service. If you wish to continue your OnLive PlayPack subscription after 3 months, the price will be $9.99/month extra. AT&T claims that their internet service provides speeds up to 24Mbps.
