OnLive is Nominated for Innovation of the Year by Stuff Gadget Awards 2011

OnLive is finally starting to gain recognition as a company that has made great strides in the innovation of gaming. The gaming industry hasn’t ever seen anything like OnLive before, and because of this, they have been nominated for Innovation of the Year by Stuff.tv, for the Stuff Gadget Awards 2011. OnLive Founder and CEO, Steve Perlman has been at the helm of many other innovations in the past, but perhaps none with as much potential as OnLive.


The Stuff Gadget Awards, let readers decide on winners in 6 different categories, that will be announced in a live event on November 2, 2011. These categories include:
  • Game of the Year
  • Innovation of the Year
  • App of the Year
  • Most Wanted (future gadget)
  • Design of the Year
  • Retailer of the Year
This year, OnLive is one of 8 contestants for the Innovation of the Year award. They are going up against the likes of Google Chrome OS, Google + Circles, LG Optimus 3D, Misa Kitara, DigiTech iPB-10, Fujifilm Hybrid Viewfinder, and the Apple Smart Cover.

Those who vote are automatically entered into a contest in which they can win tickets to attend the 2011 Gadget Awards in London, England on November 2, 2011.
