EA Brings Bulletstorm and Other Games to OnLive

As part of the OnLive UK launch, OnLive has revealed that long time OnLive absentee EA is bringing several of its games to OnLive, the most prominent being Bulletstorm. The other EA games are Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2.

One could argue that EA is again bringing games to OnLive, because OnLive is doing great for other publishers, which they are. But then Steam is also doing great and we all know what happened with Crysis 2 or Battlefield 3.

It could well be that Epic Games, the creator of Bulletstorm and OnLive supporter, was pressing EA to release the game on OnLive. As for the other three games, Warner Bros. is owner of the Harry Potter movies and big OnLive supporter and investor. OnLive's Mova also worked together with Warner Bros. on the facial animation of the Harry Potter movies.

Regardless of what's the cause of EA bringing these games to OnLive and hopefully delivering more, I hope they don't pull another EA.
